Shipping & Returns

Our shipping policy will ensure under normal circumstances that will receive your goods within 2-5 working days within Australia and 5-14 working days (international) of us receiving the completed order. In the event that this is not possible, you will be contacted by Skincare Pro and notified of any delays. All domestic (within Australia) orders are shipped by Australian Post and all International shipments are handled by DHL Global Mail. Once the parcel reaches country destination, is handled by country postal system.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Some countries (UK, The EU and Canada) charge custom fees or import duties. Please be aware these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in AUS dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
